Return & Exchange Policy

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product. However, we also understand that sometimes a product may not feel 'Just Right' or plans may change after placing an order - and that's completely okay.

INFORM : If you would like to return a product, report an issue, or request an exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Email us at support@chhav.in with your Name, Contact Number, Order Number, Clear Product Images / Unboxing Video, and the Reason for Return / Exchange.
Requests made after 48 hours are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.

RETURN/EXCHANGE : Once your return or exchange request is approved, please ship the product back to us within 5 days (Customer Ships Back the Product).
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact.
The customer must bear the return shipping charges.
If the product is Used, Damaged, or returned without original packaging, it will be rejected and can be shipped back to you at an additional ₹125.
All exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
Non-returnable Items : SALE products, Damaged or used items, Items returned without packaging, Items not informed within 48 hours, Items shipped back after 5 days of approval cannot be exchanged or returned.

REFUND : The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

2. CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER 

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped, Most orders are processed within 2 hours, COD orders will receive a confirmation call before dispatch.
Cancellation Refunds (Prepaid Orders) : Refund to original payment method 5% payment gateway charge deducted OR full value as a refund coupon code (no deduction).Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2 to 5 working days.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

3. REFUND POLICY 

All refunds are issued as coupon codes only, unless a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping.

Deductions -
1. If the order returns to us because it was not accepted, ₹250 will be deducted and the balance will be issued as a refund coupon code. (covers forward + reverse shipping)
No bank transfer or refund to original payment method will be made in this case.
2. If a refund coupon code is applied to a new order, and that new order is not accepted,
The coupon will expire permanently and cannot be reused.
Please ensure all COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted.
3. If money is deducted from your card/wallet but the order confirmation is not received
Contact us before placing a new order. If a new order is placed without checking→5% payment gateway fee will be deducted before refunding the failed transaction.
4. If you received FREE shipping due to an offer, ₹125 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund coupon value.

Refund Timeline - Refund coupon code will be issued within 3 working days after QC approval

Usage of Refund Coupon Code - You can use the refund coupon code to place a new order for the correct size or another style of your choice.
• If the new product is higher priced, you will need to pay the difference amount.
• If the new product is lower priced, the remaining amount will expire and cannot be reused or carried forward.
• Refund coupon codes are one-time use and cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon.

The refund coupon code will be valid for 3 months from the date the return/replacement request is issued.

4. DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED 

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order in perfect condition. That’s why every Chhav product goes through a 3-level quality check before it is packed and shipped.
However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit, or our team may accidentally miss an item or ship a defective piece — and if that happens, we’re here to help and resolve it quickly.

Step 1 - Email us on support@chhav.in with an unboxing video (mandatory) & Clear pictures of the damage (Inform Within 48 Hours )
Step 2 — Reverse Pickup
If approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup
Pickup must be ready otherwise, customer may need to self-ship
Step 3 — After receiving the damaged product
We will send a replacement OR
Issue a refund coupon code equal to the product value

No monetary refund is provided for damaged product cases.
