PAYMENT, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
- Yes! We offer COD all over India with a ₹125 COD charge.
2. What are your shipping charges?
- Prepaid orders below ₹1,799 : ₹125 shipping
Prepaid orders ₹1,799 & above : Free shipping
COD orders (any value) : ₹125 COD charge
3. How long does delivery take?
- Orders are processed in 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–7 working days, depending
on your location.
4. How can I track my order?
- Once shipped, you will receive an Email/WhatsApp with your tracking link. You can track it anytime using your order number.
5.What if my order shows delivered but I haven’t received it?
- Please contact us at support@chhav.in within 24 hours of the status update. We will coordinate with the courier and resolve it for you.
6. Do you ship internationally?
- Not yet — currently we ship only within India.

EXCHANGE, REFUND & CANCELLATION
1. How do I place a return or exchange request?
- Email us at support@chhav.in within 48 hours of receiving your order with : Name, Order number, Contact number, Clear pictures or a mandatory unboxing video, Return/exchange reason
2. What products cannot be returned or exchanged?
- SALE items, Used/worn/washed items, Items without original packaging, Items not informed within 48 hours, Items shipped back after 5 days
3. How does exchange work?
- We follow a simple process: Inform → Return → Refund Coupon Code. You can then use the coupon to buy a different size or another style.
4. Is there a size exchange?
- Yes, you can order the correct size using the refund coupon code.
5. What if the new product price is different?
- If the new product is higher priced, you pay the difference, If it is lower priced, the remaining amount expires
6. Do you offer monetary refunds?
- No. All refunds are issued as coupon codes only, except prepaid cancellations made before shipping (5% PG deductions apply).
7. What if I want to cancel my order?
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Most orders are processed within 2 hours, so please contact us immediately.

1. How do I choose the correct size?
- Please refer to our size chart on every product page. If you need help, message us — we’ll assist you in choosing the best fit.
2. Do Chhav products shrink after wash?
- Our products are made from quality fabrics that do not shrink when washed as per
instructions.
3. Will the product color be exactly the same as the photos?
- We try our best to keep colors accurate, but minor differences may occur due to lighting,
screen brightness, or device settings.
4. Are all fabrics soft and comfortable?
- Yes! We carefully curate each piece to ensure comfort and elegance.

1. Can I change my address or phone number after placing an order?
- Yes, but only if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately with the correct details.
2. Can I add/remove items after placing an order?
- No, a new order must be placed.
3. I received the wrong product. What should I do?
- Email us within 48 hours with pictures and an unboxing video. We’ll resolve it quickly.

1. Can I use more than one coupon at the same time?
- No. Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
2. Why is my coupon not working?
- Coupons do not apply to : Sale items, Already discounted products, Refund coupons +
offer coupons together, Orders below minimum value. Contact us if you need help.
3. Can I use my refund coupon during a sale?
- No. Refund coupons cannot be combined with sale discounts.
4.Do you offer gift cards?
- Not at the moment.
